Since then, James has had spots on conscious radio as a host as well as being the founder of house dj collective House Matters alongside Wez Wynt and Micky Johnson.

The aim of this collective was to scratch under the surface of the more soulful side of house music with Dj's, current and upcoming alongside vocal artists and Producers, hosting a live Q&A session as well as guest mixes on the podcast. Which also gave them traction to play out collectively at parties, such as Makin Moves, as well as hosting their own nights .

During this time also James has also been resident DJ at SoulFusion events which have even him grace the stage with such luminaries
Souldynamic, DJ Spen, Mike Millrain, CJ Mackintosh, Groove Assassin, Sean McCabe, Atjazz & many more.

After several years of being together the renowned trio, House Matters had captivated audiences for with their unique blend of talent and charisma, 2023 saw them announce their decision to disband after being a dynamic force within this collective.
